MANILA, Philippines — At least four people were killed and dozens of others injured Sunday in an explosion at a Roman Catholic Mass inside a university gymnasium in the southern Philippine city of Marawi, officials said, adding that they suspected the involvement of an Islamic State affiliate.The blast, thought to be caused by a grenade or a homemade bomb, ripped through a gymnasium at Mindanao State University. (KRON) -- A woman was arrested for burglarizing a home of a family of four in Palo Alto Thursday night, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.On Nov. 30, around 9:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a burglary at a home in the 1500 block of Byron Street. Security cameras at the home caught the woman walking around the downstairs of house, police said. The mother told police she heard footsteps but thought it was a family member. They then told police they checked their security cameras and saw the unknown woman enter their home through unlocked front door, walk around inside for about two minutes and steal the mother's jacket and purse. Security footage then showed the woman leave through the side door.At around 10:30 p.m., police got a call reporting a woman who had just been prowling on the front porch of a home in the 1300 block of Middlefield Road. PITTSBURGH (AP) — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett injured his left ankle in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against Arizona and did not return.Pickett came up limping after getting tackled by Cardinals defensive end Jonathan Ledbetter following a short gain near the Arizona goal line. Pickett attempted to walk back to the huddle before taking a knee. He was examined in the blue tent on the sideline before going back to the locker room for further testing.Pickett was 7 of 10 for 70 yards at the time of the injury. DENVER (KDVR) -- Heavy snowfall in the high country resulted in several road closures due to safety concerns from dangerous and slick conditions, as well as low visibility. Parts of eastbound Interstate 70 just east of Vail, also known as Vail Pass Summit, were closed as of 1 p.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.Colorado Department of Transportation cameras show semi-trucks stopped on the side of the road in the area. Colorado snow totals for Dec. 2-3 The National Weather Service has warned of low visibility and blizzard conditions in areas of the mountains.Eastbound US Highway 6 just south of I-70 was also closed for safety reasons as of 1 p.m.Plows were working several roads in the area, according to CDOT's online tool COtrip.
